The attached chart shows the comparison between the over all market index and the 3 major stocks namely the Electricity, Sabic, and the STC. The strong correlation between the three stocks is very obvious. However, the latest gap between the total index growth and the growth of the STC indicates that there is a BIG ROOM for the STC stock to grow and catch up with the over all index

For the long term investor this should represent an excellent chance to invest in such a solid stock that has good potential of future growth. I suspect that this growth will reach up to 25 % - 30 % over the current price. This is approximately equal to 150 – 160 SR. In other word the stock price might reach up to 680 SR (150 + 530

Sabic growth is much higher than the index; the electricity is just following the index over all growth.

الشارت المرفق يوضع المقارنه بين المؤشر العام للسوق والشركات الثلاث الكبرى : الكهرباء وسابك والاتصالات .
التجميع الكبير واضح عليهم جدا .. ومع ذلك ان الفجوه الاخيره بين نمو المؤشر العام ونمو الاتصالات يبين ان هناك مساحه كبيره لسهم الاتصالات لينمو ويلحق بالمؤشر العام .. وللمستثمر للمدى البعيد .. هذا يعتبر فرصه ممتازه للاستثمار في مثل هذه الاسهم القويه الذي يملك مستقبل جيد للنمو .
انا اشك ان هذا النمو سوف يصل الى 25 الى 30 % من الاسعار الحاليه .. وهذا يساوي تقريبا 150 الى 160 ريال سعودي ..
بمعنى اخر .. السهم احتمال ان يصل الى 680ريال سعودي ( 530 + 150)
نمو سابك اكثر بكثير من المؤشر ... والكهرباء تتبع نمو المؤشر ..
