افتراضي $$$$ اسرار Warren Buffett$$$$

الشخصية الاسطوريه وارن بفت غنيه عن التعريف ولكن للعلم بالشئ فهو :
Background
Berkshire Hathaway is the investment holding company managed by Warren Buffet, a down-to-earth man who prefers to operate out of his native Omaha rather than in the canyons of Wall Street. But the pros regard him as possibly the most successful living money manager, a direct descendent of the legendary Benjamin Graham under whom he studied.
Buffett made a fortune for himself and his clients in the Fifties and Sixties, but threw in the towel in 1969 because he could no longer find bargains. Then in late 1974, with the Dow below 600 and the air thick with doom, he announced that this was the time to start investing. Within months one of the greatest market rallies in history had begun, with the Dow running up almost 450 points in a bit over a year.

Buffett's book, "The Essays of Warren Buffett: Lessons for Corporate America," describes some of his greatest successes. Back in the early sixties, a scandal ravaged American Express had some on Wall Street reading the company the last rites. After all, weren't card-carrying Amex customers protesting the shenanigans at the group by refusing to use their bits of plastic? Actually, no. In the restaurants and shops frequented by Buffet, it was business as usual. He bought 5% of the stock, which in a few years had risen from 35 to 189 market points.

Investment Style
Discipline, value and patience are at the heart of Buffett's investment philosophy. Berkshire Hathaway's "Owner's Manual" lists 13 investment principles, of which the most important is only to invest in businesses generating consistent free cash flow, and which can be bought at a discount to their "intrinsic" value.

Buffett does this in two ways: direct investment in private businesses, and in the common stock of publicly traded companies. Within this, Berkshire includes subsidiaries in diverse businesses. The most important of these is insurance, with others in apparel, building products, finance and financial products, flight services, and retail sales of furniture and jewelry. Some of Berkshire's best known current holdings are GEICO insurance, Dairy Queen, Ben Bridges Jewelers and See's Candies.

How good, really, is Warren Buffett? Well, $10,000 invested in Berkshire Hathaway in 1965 would be worth $50 million today . Can he keep up the pace? Anybody's guess, but it is worth noting that Berkshire has had only two years that ended up in the negative column. Which suggests, perhaps, that the road to financial Hell is paved with those who bet against the Sage of Omaha.
