Reports Q3 (Apr) earnings of $0.43 per share, may not be comparable to the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.33; revenues rose 27.4% year/year to $630 mln vs the $579.9 mln consensus. Co issues upside guidance for FY06, sees EPS of $1.25-1.30, prvious guidance was $1.18-1.23, including the sale of the excavator business expects EPS between $1.33-1.38, Reuters consensus is $1.25; sees FY06 revs growth of approx 30% y/y (approx $2.25 bln), prior guidance was 20-25% vs. $2.18 bln consensus.
