Upward move

The threat of a correction is once again finding upward trendline support on the daily chart. Although a close below 1.34 would expect a move towards 1.3140.

Holding above the upward trendlines and producing a higher-high above 1.3670 expects a move to 1.39.

The immediate upward move has ended as the daily chart's upward trendline, which arguably has been in place since Sep. 3rd, has been broken. Support expected at 1.3140, trading below could expect a larger move to 1.2550

1.3140 key support

Closing near the lows yesterday looks to continue the corrective momentum into today. A close below 1.3140 expects a continued move towards 1.2550.

The monthly shows that the 3 year upward trendline that may be under pressure in the upcoming weeks ahead. A 38.2% retracement would eye 1.18

Supports have been broken
Straight move over the coming days/weeks to 1.2550? Breaking below the weekly upward trendline raises expectations of a continued correction.
Fibonacci retracements levels: 1.3025 & 1.2630 (of the 1.1988 - 1.3666 move).

هل اليورو يصل الي 1.2550في الايام القادمة؟ في حالة كسر خط المقاومة علي الشارت الاسبوعي سوف يواصل حركة التصحيح الي أسفل. ومن نظرة اخري في حالة حساب نظرية فابونتشي من المستوي 1.1988 الي 1.3666 سيكون المستوي الاول له 1.3025 والتالية هي 1.2630

Inching close to the neckline on the daily chart. A close below 1.29 expects the correction to gain momentum, initially targeting 1.26. Resistance remains near 1.32.

Ready for a true correction?

1.2840 potentially represents more than just the neckline on the daily chart, it also is where the upward trendline enters on the monthly. Downside targets would include:

1.26 - Weekly channel bottom

1.2460 & 1.1718 - the 23.6% & 38.2% correction levels of 2001 - 2004.

Ready for a true correction?

Breaking below the neckline on the daily chart has Euro/$ targeting 1.26, which is the weekly channel bottom. Trading even lower would break the near 3 year old upward channel as the log-scaled weekly chart shows.

دخل اليورو حركه التصحيح الحقيقيه عندما خرج من القناة والهدف له اصبح منطقة 1.26 وعلي الشارت الاسبوع فهوعلي الحد الاسفل للفناة(قناة الثلاث سنين )
