Good day every one,
This is the first contribution for me since I have joined this great forum. I was reading one of the finest books about better shares trading and thought this a good idea to share this valuable information with you.
The problem that the trader face when Not being Realistic
1) Not believing they can lose
2) Overtrading
3) Risking too much
4) Shooting for the stars or too high expectation
5) Being disappointed or discouraged when losing trade
6) Blown-out due to many losses
Things to help you become Realistic
1) Keep your goals modest or simple.
2) Remembers that not every day will be a winner.
3) Trade with more money not small account.
4) Know the average true range
5) Know the average length of the wave.
6) Stop looking for the big one and look for smaller returns.
7) Learn from your mistakes.
8) Keep losses small.
9) Do not chase a share or market.
10) Remember to stay realistic even when the market is not.
11) Treat trading like a business.
12) Make trading plan and stick to it.
Helpful questions to ask yourself
1) Are my goals reasonable?
2) Are my expectations reasonable?
3) Have I missed the current market move?
4) Am I looking to take too much on the trade?
5) Am I risking too much?
6) Am I making businesslike decisions?
