ابرز اسباب خسائر البورصــه المصـريه 2008
 

[COLOR="Navy"]خسرت البورصة المصرية خلال عام 2008 أكثر من 59 % من قيمة مؤشرها الرئيسي (كاس 30) فيما فقدت نحو 450 مليار جنيه من قيمتها السوقية وسط خسائر حادة لمعظم للأسهم وصلت الى أكثر من 70 %لمعظمها وذلك حسب تقرير احصائي صدر امس.
ويرى وسطاء ان السوق تأثر خلال عام 2008 بالعديد من العوامل الداخلية، والخارجية لعل أبرزها :[/COLOR]

1[COLOR="Teal"]- العاصفة المالية العالمية والتي بسببها حثت انهيارات وافلاسات لكبريات من المؤسسات المالية العالمية. وهذه الحدث بدون شك كان له الدور الاعظم في خسائر السوق المصري . والاسواق العالميه عموما .

2- قرارات الخامس من مايو الماضي والتي ألغت الاعفاءات الضريبية على المشروعات الصناعية في المناطق الحرة

3- جريمة تورط رجل الأعمال هشام طلعت مصطفى في التحريض على قتل الفنانة اللبنانية سوزان تميم واشاعة هروبه خارج البلاد وبالتالي انخفض سهم المجموعه بنسبة 26 % خلال أسبوع دافعا معه جميع أسهم قطاع الاسكان والعقارات بالسوق للهبوط الحاد التي دفعت معها مؤشر السوق للانحدار.

وبعد وصول طلعت مصطفى الى مصر عائدا من سفره، ونفي كل التهم الموجهة اليه عاود السهم للارتفاع الطفيف في اواخر سبتمبر، لكن ظهور أدلة ادانة هشام طلعت وقرار الاحالة ورفع الحصانة البرلمانية عنه هبطت بالسهم في الأول من سبتمبر الى أدنى مستوياته على الاطلاق ليصل الى 5 جنيهات.

4- ارتفاع معدل التضخم وسياسات البنك المركزي بتخفيض كمية النقد في السوق ورفع فوائد أذون الخزانة وتخفيض بعض المؤسسات الدولية لتصنيف مصر الائتماني والاستثماري من ايجابي واستثماري الى مستقر ومحايد

5- اشاعة اتجاه الحكومة لفرض ضرائب على الأرباح المحققة للاستثمار فى البورصة المصرية، كان لها أثر كبير في الحالة التنفسية للمستثمرين المصريين والأجانب والعرب بشكل عام، مما ساهم فى تكثيف عمليات البيع من قبل المستثمرين ولم يجد النفي المتكرر من مسؤولي الحكومة خلال فترة سريان الاشاعة.

6- اشاعة اتجاه عائلة ساويرس لتحويل ا ستثماراتها فى مصر خصوصا مع تردد أنباء عن بيع أسهمهم غير المباشرة فى شركة اوراسكوم تليكوم، وتزامن مع ذلك تخفيض مؤسسة مورغان ستانلي للقيمة العادلة لأوراسكوم تليكوم لعدم وضوح استراتيجية الشركة.[/COLOR]
