لدي شاليه لاربع اشخاص بالغردقه في قرية الباشا املك فيه اسبوع كل سنه مدى الحياة بنظام التايم شير ولدي الان رصيد 3اسابيع وارغب بالييع او الايجار للرصيد اسبوع او ثلاثه
ونفس الشي بشرم الشيخ في منتجع قردينيا
من لديه الرغبه او لديه مشتري جاد فالعموله محفوظه ويراسلني على الخاص

بالنسبه لسعر البيع لشاليه شرم ب17الف ريال
الايجار للاسبوع ب2500ريال
الغردقه البيع ب15الف
الايجار ب2000ريال

بالنسبه للأيجار في شرم صحيح الأيجارات غاليه هناك بس 2500ريال في اسبوع جدا كثير
اذا ماكنت انا غاهم غلط يعني بالشهر 10000ريال بصراحه في شقق وفلل ارخص من هذا المبلغ في شرم الشيخ انا لم اؤجر بل نزلت في فنادق هناك ولكني وجدت عن طريق الأنترنت اسعار لأيجار شقق وفيلات وستوديو
